With nearly two decades of experience in graphic design and management my goal is to stay in a constant state of flux in order to be open to growth. Pursuing a creative career was never a question, just an extension of my life. I pride myself with finding and fostering young talent, strategically working with team members to enhance their strengths, while encouraging a well-round skillset, to most effectively meet business goals. At the root my leadership style is based on working smarter, not harder, respecting others, and giving my team members room to fly.
